​Lily treats/helps individuals with:

• Anxiety including Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD)​
• Stress and difficulties with adjustments/life transitions
• Low mood and depression​
• Interpersonal and relationship difficulties
• ​Grief and loss ​​
• Trauma​ including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

​A formal diagnosis as per the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) can be provided in Lily's practice areas if/when required.

Lily also works with clients who:

• present with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) 
• are Autistic (Autism Spectrum Disorder - ASD)

Lily administers psychometric screeners for ADHD and ASD. Note that although these psychometric screeners will not generate a formal diagnosis, they can assist clients in their decision making process/es (such as seeing a psychiatrist for a formal assessment and diagnosis).
