Lily understands that romantic relationships can be challenging and stressful - on the one hand they can bring our lives so much love, meaning, connection, purpose, and value, but they can also be a source of great distress, pain and hurt. Lily works with couples to help bring about positive change through techniques such as increasing insight and understanding, identifying patterns/cycles, and building communication toolboxes.

PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY & COUNSELLING
THERAPY: Typically long-term treatment of mental illness. More in-depth than counselling.
COUNSELLING: Typically short-term, focusing on the present problems, and considered more practical for immediate concerns.

 Lily Psychology is a private billing practice.
A GP referral is not required to access services.

Private
No referral is needed and you can see Lily privately. It is recommended that you have a GP to help coordinate your care.

​Medicare 
Lily is a registered Medicare provider, so you will be able to claim Medicare rebates if you are eligible.
You/your GP/psychiatrist can email us your referral letter and MHCP/MHTP (email: [email protected]).

Private Health Insurance
If you have private health insurance, check with your insurance provider to see your cover for psychology services. It is recommended that you have a GP to help coordinate your care.

National Disability Insurance Scheme
Lily sees clients who are self-managed or plan-managed.
