COVID-19 SAFE PLAN
For your well-being and the well-being of others, Lily Psychology takes precautions in accordance with public health directives to reduce transmission of COVID-19. It is important to note that it is not possible to ensure a completely risk-free environment when attending sessions in person.
When attending appointments in-person, the following is required (where possible):
Please notify us by email if you test positive for COVID-19 or are a close contact of a confirmed case, if you have an upcoming appointment that would be impacted by this. We do not need to see any COVID-19 test results.
Please get tested and stay home at the first sign of any symptoms:
The consultation room, particularly the high touch surfaces are disinfected (wiped down/sprayed/cleaned).
* Please note that, as we prioritise the health and well-being of all clients, a failure to provide the requested COVID-19 vaccination information will mean that will be unable to provide services to you face-to-face/in person. However, you can still access the service through telephone and online video (Telehealth) appointments.
