New Clients
1. View current availabilities & fees on the online booking system.
2. Request an appointment through the online booking system.
3. We will email you an online intake form to complete.
4. We will accept or decline your appointment request.
5. If your appointment request is accepted, please make payment to confirm the requested appointment.
If an intake form is not completed, we are unable to review your appointment request. A requested appointment is not confirmed until an accepted appointment request has been paid in full.

* A referral letter from your GP/psychiatrist is needed if you wish to claim Medicare rebates. Currently, 10 rebates per person per calendar year are available under the Better Access Initiative, however, this number is not indicative of how many sessions are required for psychological treatment. Higher Medicare rebates apply if you have reached your Medicare Safety Net Threshold.

Appointments Appointment reminders by email are sent as a courtesy, and are not to be relied on for remembering appointments. It remains the clients' responsibility to remember their scheduled appointments. In general, clients receive the following emails from our management/booking system Halaxy (emails includes the appointment date, time, and location [phone/online/in-person]):
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy/Fees We appreciate over 48 business hours' notice (from the scheduled appointment time) for appointment changes. Please see the service agreement (provided with the intake form) for further information. |
