New Clients

1. View current availabilities & fees on the online booking system.
2. Request an appointment through the online booking system.
3. We will email you an online intake form to complete.
4. We will accept or decline your appointment request.
5. If your appointment request is accepted, please make payment to confirm the requested appointment.

If an intake form is not completed, we are unable to review your appointment request. A requested appointment is not confirmed until an accepted appointment request has been paid in full.

A GP/psychiatrist referral letter is NOT required to access services.
​NDIS - As per the fee guide per the state/territory the participant resides in.
* A referral letter from your GP/psychiatrist is needed if you wish to claim Medicare rebates. Currently, 10 rebates per person per calendar year are available under the Better Access Initiative, however, this number is not indicative of how many sessions are required for psychological treatment. Higher Medicare rebates apply if you have reached your Medicare Safety Net Threshold.

Potential/New Clients
  • All initial appointments are online/by telephone. ​
  • All consultations are by appointment only (request an appointment using our online booking system) Monday to Friday.
  • Lily's consultation hours are Monday to Friday, with the last appointment starting at 4:30pm. Consultations are not available on weekends and public holidays.
  • Lily sees clients within her scope of practice, reviews intake forms, referral letters and MHCPs/MHTPs (if you are eligible and seeking Medicare rebates) prior to accepting/declining appointment requests. See FAQs for further information.
  • In line with best psychological practice and prioritising client care, Lily reviews (and continues to review) if presentations are within the scope of her services. Presentations outside of her current practice scope will be declined.
  • Following an initial appointment acceptance, full payment at least 24 hours prior is required to confirm the requested appointment.​ If payment is not received, your appointment request will be cancelled. 
  • Appointment/session frequency: this is dependent on your presenting concerns (such as diagnosis/diagnoses and symptom severity). Generally, it is recommended that initial treatment/consultations are weekly/fortnightly and later spaced out for maintenance/relapse prevention (such as monthly or longer).

Existing Clients
  • Please use your name, number and email address on file.
  • It is recommended that future appointments are requested/booked in advance so you can book in your preferred days/times.
  • The appointment link emailed with your booking request can be used to change the request/booking (up to 48 hours before the appointment day/time). ​Under 48 hours, please send us an email for appointment changes. As per our Conditions of Service, a Cancellation Fee applies for appointment cancellations under 48 business hours.​ 

Appointments
Appointment reminders by email are sent as a courtesy, and are not to be relied on for remembering appointments. It remains the clients'/patients' responsibility to remember their scheduled appointments. In general, clients receive the following emails from our management/booking system Halaxy (emails includes the appointment date, time, and location [phone/online/in-person]):
  • When appointments are requested/scheduled/changed.
  • Invoices for payment of appointments.
  • Paid invoices for appointments (after payment has been received).
Additionally, Halaxy sends an automatic email appointment reminder 24 hours prior to the booked appointment.​

​Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy/Fees
We appreciate over 48 business hours' notice (from the scheduled appointment time) for appointment changes. Please see the service agreement (provided with the intake form) for further information.
